The booking will display United Kingdom time zone and currency. Cost is $576.29 USD.

To earn a certification in the fundamentals you must attend all 10 hours of the virtual training with Amy Kellow, hosted by Simple Form Pilates. All in-studio hours need to be completed within 3 months of the start date (Nov. 15th), these include the following:

  1. 10 Hours Personal Pracatice Mat

  2. 10 Hours Personal Practice Tower

  3. 10 Hours Personal Practice Reformer

  4. 10 Hours Practice Teaching Mat

  5. 10 Hours Practice Teaching Reformer + Tower

  6. 5 Hours of Observation ( Beginner level classes or new client privates)

You will then have a video assessment to graduate

This training provides the opportunity to explore foundational exercises in the Pilates method. You will gain the tools to support a high quality home practice, and develop skills for teaching safe and effective beginner level classes. This training is for you if you havea routine pilates practice. If you are interested in developing your personal practice or harnessing the tools to teach. If you love community and value collaborative learning and self reflection. You will have the exposure to top pilates teachers and the opportunity to explore the certification process.

Paths

This training will cover the foundational exercises in Pilates on the Mat, Reformer and Tower. Between live lectures, hands on learning, In-Person Observations, practice teaching hours and personal practice hours, you will be prepared to teach beginner level sessions upon graduation or develop a solid personal practice.

This certification is valid for one year. Within that year you will understand if you want to take our chairs and barrel workshop to continue to grow your personal home practice. Or, you are ready to start the next step to become a fully certified instructor. You would then continue onto the Comprehensive Mat Certification or Beginner systems 2 Comprehensive Certification to then build into the Full Comprehensive Certification.
