At SIMPLE FORM PILATES We teach the Classical form of exercise by Joseph Pilates and incorporate the teachings of his five Lineages. This method uses spring loaded equipment and your own body weight which helps build toned strength without unnecessary bulk. The other side of Pilates is maintaining awareness of your body. “Awareness facilitates your movement with grace, stability and harmony with your surroundings.” All of our teachers have an extensive training in Pilates or they are currently working towards their hours. Check out our instructors page to get to know them. We recommend 2-4 sessions a week and pricing can be found on our class info page. We are so excited to bring Pilates to Binghamton and Owego.
